
Nicole Belcher brings over 15 years of experience in classical education as a teacher, registrar, and administrator, informed by both her professional work and her perspective as a parent of children educated in the classical model.
Her background in full-time ministry has shaped her strengths in leadership, communication, and service with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
Nicole's professional background includes development support, database management, and extensive work with children, including those who have experienced trauma. Known for providing strong operational oversight, well-developed organizational skills, and a collaborative leadership style, Nicole is deeply committed to classical education and to expanding access to the safe, structured learning environment it provides.

Ryan Mullins brings decades of experience in classical education, including 20 years as Head of School at a classical private school, where he also served as head football coach and taught courses in Algebra, Biology, Physical Science, and Moral Philosophy.
He later served as founding Headmaster of Great Hearts Prairie View in Fort Worth, Texas, launching a K–8 classical charter school with 800 students and 90 faculty and staff, and most recently as founding Headmaster of Ascent–Fort Mill in South Carolina. He also served as a founding board member of Classically Formed, a classical charter school CMO in Oklahoma.
His experience in the classroom and as a coach has significantly shaped his approach to campus leadership and culture, and he looks forward to contributing his experience and leadership to the team.
Mr. Mullins holds a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University, an M.A. in School Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, and an Ed.S. in School Leadership from Oral Roberts University.
Ellen holds degrees in Elementary and Special Education and has experience teaching in public schools as well as raising and educating her six children across multiple educational models.
She is a strong advocate for both rigorous academics and special education support, bringing a parent-centered perspective and a deep commitment to transparency and communication.
Steve is a senior finance leader with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries. He specializes in financial strategy, data-driven decision-making, and organizational leadership.
He is committed to ensuring strong financial stewardship, transparency, and long-term sustainability for the school.
Caitlin is a small business owner and parental rights advocate with a passion for expanding high-quality educational options. She brings expertise in communication, marketing, and community outreach.
She is committed to ensuring families have a meaningful voice in education and helping build a school that reflects the needs and values of the community.
CCA will open with approximately 400 students and grow intentionally over time to serve more than 1,300 students at full capacity.
